Temporary Shipping Policy

Due to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers Strike Catit Canada has had to adjust it’s shipping policy.

Shipping Costs

Your delivery charge is based on the size and weight of the items selected; this will be calculated at checkout. Your shipping address must be in Canada.

Packages under $200.00, shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Packages over $200.00, shipped to Canadian addresses require a signature for delivery.

Delivery

We try to ship out your orders within 48 hours of the time the order is received into our system excluding weekends and Canadian holidays.

Catit.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Tracking

If you can’t find your shipment notification, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

Note: Please be mindful in watching for spam emails posing as FedEx, UPS or other parcel delivery services. We will never ask you to pay additional delivery fees once you have completed the checkout process.

Redirecting An Order

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once items have been shipped.

Oversized items

At this time oversized items that cannot be shipped. To inquire about alternative options to purchase these items please contact our customer service team directly.
