Your delivery charge is based on the size and weight of the items selected; this will be calculated at checkout. Your shipping address must be in Canada, some restrictions apply. Catit.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

We offer a 14-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on any item purchased through Catit.ca. If you are not satisfied, simply contact our Consumer Service team within 14 days of your purchase delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only, in the form of a credit back to the original payment method. We are unable to offer refunds on the original or return shipping charges unless your product is damaged; in this case, you must contact our Consumer Service team to arrange, and they will issue you a return shipping label.
